We discuss the key features of every order with our clients. The order is registered in our internal workflow system only if the client is fully satisfied and agrees with order delivery terms and prices, after we have answered all of his questions concerning the ordered project.

The ordered translation is assigned to a project manager who will coordinate and manage the whole process through all of it’s stages. The client can always check the current stage of his order. The project manager considers the ordered language combination, the type of texts, terms, delivery deadlines and specifications and assigns the project to a translator or a team with corresponding competence, matching all of the project’s criteria. The project manager is responsible for the support material of the project: it is not rare for the client to provide a specific term vocabulary, indicative descriptions of products or services and other materials that are related to the object of translation.

The translators then start their work, using the most up-to-date vocabularies, informational and technologic resources.

When the translation is finished, it is being carefully revised by professional editors and professionals from areas related with the object of the translation.

Layout, design and print preparation works:

Due to the client’s requests and with the help of specific software we prepare projects for print. We design the layout to be consistent with your final format standards. In order to ensure a flawless and accurate translation, two out of three of the translation stages are frequently repeated.

Delivery.

The last stage of the project when works are checked for the last time and are being sent to the client.
